Private Pilot License PPL(H):
Enables you to fly single-engine helicopters as a private pilot for non-commercial flights under Visual Flight Rules (VFR).
Commercial Pilot License CPL(H):
Allows you to perform professional activities such as aerial work, public passenger transport, instructor-led flights, and rescue operations.

CPL(H) course

Commercial Helicopter Pilot License

Documents and Requirements

For Private Pilot License (PPL)

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

Minimum Age: 17 years old at the time of obtaining the license (registration and course commencement are allowed at 16 years old).

Medical Fitness:
- Candidates must pass a medical examination:
  - Class I (for Commercial Pilot License).
  - Class II (for Private Pilot License).
- Medical examinations are conducted at the Istituto Medico Legale Angelo Mosso in Milan (Viale dell’Aviazione, 1/B) by appointment (Phone: 02-73903838).
Required Documents for the Medical Examination:
- Referral from FTO Ermes Inc.
- Personal application.
- Two payment receipts (amount depends on the chosen category).
Additional Documents:
- Application for admission to the school.
- Application for authorization by E.N.A.C. (Ente Nazionale Aviazione Civile).
- Copy of ID and tax code (C.F.).
- Self-declaration of birthplace.
- Certificate of no criminal record from the local police headquarters.

Education Requirements

No specific educational level is required to enroll in the course.
